No, it cannot. A description of the truck might help.

Personal opinion on it is 3.73 gears.
My 1999 F-250 Crew Cab Short Bed (almost same specs) has the standard 3.73.
I think dually's mainly have 4.10 gears, which I kinda envy.

Then again, I could be totally wrong. I'm only 16!

According to the "Equipment" listing its a 3.73. Too bad, the 3 valve V10's run like h*** with 4.30's.

On edit I ran my trucks VIN # and it came back as 3.73's and I know I have 4.30's so it appears that I was wrong in assuming that the "Equipment" listing tells the gear ratio. Back to square 1 again.

In the door tag it should have an axel code. If there is a 3 in the code its 373s. If there is a 4 its 410 or 430s

The other way to tell is to check the tag on the rear end itself. Should be under one of the cover bolts. Sometimes, the head of the bolt covers the complete gear ratio, I think mine said "3L" and the "73" was under the bolt head. 3L73 is 3.73 with Limited slip.
