UNprogram a key fob

2003 F-350 how do I UNprogram the original key fobs that came with the truck. If I start the program routine and use no key fobs will that clear the codes from the truck?

Hmm,
Did you have one get lost? I don't know the answer to your question.
However I would give it a try if I were you. It can't hurt.

The truck now has an alarm and remote start that is controlled by it's own fobs. I reprogramed one of the original truck fobs to work with another Ford car (which works fine). However if I attempt to open the car, it also opens the truck which sets the alarm off in the truck, because someone moved the locks. So I need to somehow get the truck to forget about the old key fobs.

You might try asking one of the Ford techs that hang out in the 6.0L
forum and see if they can answer that question.
