After getting my 2006 powerstroke F-250 my stereo light where is shows time and the station the numbers isn't working is that a fuse problem

 

Stock or Aftermarket ?
If Aftermarket most likely someone did not
hook up the wire to turn the lights on.
If it's stock. Have you had the unit out?
the lighting runs on the same circuit as the
instrument lights. So if they are out then it
could be a fuse.
