99 F250 Superduty with the 6.8L V10

I replaced the valve cover gasket on the passenger side and all of the grommets for the bolts except 2. The two inboard bolts along the top had grommets that appeared to be slightly different. When i counted the grommets in the kit, there's just enough to do everything but these 2 on both sides of the engine. Is there something missing from the felpro valve cover gaskets sets i bought or are these 2 bokts on each cover something different? I've done all sorts of searches to try and figure it out, but i come up with nothing. I did find that ford listed it as camshaft cover bolts with grommets. But that was as far as i could get, nothing definitive.
