So what did you do to your 6.0L today?
If you don't have access to a scantool with that capability, then you can do this by driving on a road some place with some dirt or gravel and force the ABS to work. I've found that frequently they can go off too if you brake while crossing railroad tracks. The procedure for bleeding is (1) manually bleed as normal (2) ABS bleed (3) manually bleed again. So it's obviously less convenient without the scantool but it can be done. I'll be doing this myself after I get my new master cylinder put on. I have AutoEnginuity which does have the ABS service bleed capability. It's kind of pricey though.
I thought so at first too and did exactly that using AutoEnginuity to do an ABS service bleed. When that didn't work I tested my master cylinder by removing the brake lines and plugging the outlet ports per the Ford Workshop Manual test method. It is toast.

It will soon become Very Slow Food so the workers can get more time
out of each car full. Or in my case no more fast food.Costs too much as
it is and to top that off they only get the order 100% right 75% of the time.
Sorry for the rant.

Did you try attaching it to the intake elbow first? It should go right back together, maybe something is fouled up under the air cleaner.

I can not for the life of me get it back on the intake elbow. Looks like I might really have to heat it up?
Any other tricks?
