procrastination, It Will bite you in the ***...

Well. I'm sure i'm gonna get it from you guys..

When i did my Hpop o-ring's, non service plug and o-ring on the pressure lines, I started to do the fuel bowl drain valve o-rings. I could not get those little f-er's out. It was late so i just put it back together.

Today, I got my 6637 kit from riff and installed it. I had to cut the air box mounts off the back of the battery box to get it to fit. I gave everything another look over and i found that the rubber air tube on the motor mounted side was pinched open. I don't know if i did it during the installation or if it was like that.. I removed the tube and looked for signs of fresh dirt. none to be found. I did not take that side off at first.

I reinstalled it and used my harbor fright telescoping angled mirror to see if it was on.. all is Good..

My motor has not stayed this clean ever since i did the o-ring kit.
So i saw a little liquid in the front valley. I used my mirror and flashlight and checked the non service plug and other o-ring area's.. everything is dry.
Then i checked the drain valve area.. It's leaking..

I Should had just finished it then..
I have the o-ring kit for it..

So what's the secret to getting them out ?
They are the yellow one's from ford and hard as rock's.
I bought the blue kit from riff..

Ok your turn... Be easy...

Do you have Guzzle's instructions for this?

Pretty straight forward, just take your time to make sure you don't break anything or you will wish you procrastinated more.

Pick the yellow O-rings out with something soft, like a wooden toothpick.

Remove the bowl. Its a heckofalot easier to rebuild, along with installing the fuel line sleeves too.
