Ok, a while back I determined that I had 3 fuel leaks. 2 of them I fixed easily. The 3rd one had to order Oring kit from NAS. Got the kit and replaced all of the orings today. Finished up in the dark. Had flashlight and mirror to check for leaks. Still leaking at the drain valve. Was really easy to see, didn't have to wait long for the drips. They are coming pretty quick. Any other suggestions? man I need help!

I had the same problem it turned out to be a bad mating surface in the fuel bowl mine was starting to pit so the nas oring couldnt seal up onto the fuel bowl.
went and got a new bowl 240 buck comes with everything including fpr sensors wiring. My suggestion is tighten it down more if you used the new bolts that came with the nas kit.
Ok, will try to tighten it more tomorrow. Just sucks having to pull everything back out. Where did you get the new bowl. Priced one at Ford, they wanted 600
PSD, I will definitely keep you in mind. I am going to pull everything apart again tomorrow and see what I can do about getting the leak to stop. Thanks for the input.
Okay, just pulled the fuel bowl out, again. removed the drain valve. I found some pitting around the bottom hole, and looking at the discoloration, this is definitely where most of the leaking is coming from. Can this be machined down to a flat surface again, or will it not allow the oring to seal properly? Fast help would be greatly appreciated due to having my truck apart and without a ride.
You must be getting good at taking that thing apart. I've had mine apart 3 or 4 times. Let us know if you get the old one fixed because it's probably going to happen to mine as old as my truck is.
I must be getting pretty good at taking it apart. I can have it out in about 5 minutes now. I know what size every bolt is, which hoses to take lose, and which wires to take lose. Putting it back takes about the same amount of time. I will try to tighten the screws for the drain valve a little tighter and see what that does.
Just put everything back in. She has been running for about 10 minutes now and no leaks so far. Will let her run for a little while and see what happens. by the way, used 400 grit sand paper and sanded out most of the pits from around the drain valve. So far it seems to be working. Will advise when she has been running a little longer.
Thanks for all of the advise. Can't tell you how much this website has helped and saved me.
Just an update.....hot dang. for the first time in a little over a year, I don't have a fuel leak anymore. Been driving the truck for 3 days now and the valley is completely dry, even burned off the residue left from the last fuel leak. I don't feel like I am driving an old beater anymore
