I think it is time to replace some injector O-rings. I'm not getting fuel in the oil or the other way around, but I am getting a "missing" that is the worst at low RPM and goes away at high RPM.

My question is if I should go ahead and get the injectors rebuilt once I go to the trouble of pulling them to change the O-rings? The truck now as 190K on it, and from what I understand injector troubles can be expected within the next 50K.

 

I don't know if you should rebuild them or not but I would change the GP's too.

 

If money will allow I'd suggest getting them rebuilt if you have time also while they are out. Talk to Jim at Rosewood Diesel, he can help you for a good price. Can also upgrade to stage ones for a good price too if you're interested.
