WD40 doesn't do jack for seized threads. You need PB-Blaster.

I concur. PB blaster is amazing. The threads weren't the problem though. The solenoid was seized on the shaft. It is supposed to just slide off.

Well, it took me 3 weeks to get my new IPR from a seller on ebay... I was not very happy, but anyways... I installed the new IPR and put everything back together... No difference.

Still cranks and will not fire.

I am now in the process of removing the valve covers and checking the wire harness and plugs that go to the injectors because the PO told me they could have gotten brittle, broken and came loose.

Please cross your fingers because I would really like to have my truck back soon!!

Did you verify voltage at the IPR After installing the new one . You had the bowl loose , make sure everything is plugged back in

I did not find anything abnormal under the valve covers....

I also did not verify voltage at the IPR after installation. How do I do that? Unplug it and Test at the plug while cranking? Should this be 12 volts or 110?

I might go crazy. Truck still not running.

11.5 volts to IPR with key on...

Swapped out CPS and IDM with known good ones from my cousins truck.... no difference.

My oil pressure guage does not move while cranking, whether I crank for 5 seconds or 25 seconds, it doesn't move. I read that this may mean the pickup tube is broken or cracked from the LPOP. So I put an extra 3 quarts of oil in the truck and jacked the rear end up 10 inches, as instructed. Still no oil pressure and no start.

OP have you considered posting up in the New York Chapter. Possibly someone has AE or suitable scanner near you to help with troubleshooting.
