I'm looking to build a cold air system for my 69 F 250 390 with Holly carb I've seen some mid 90s trucks with throttle body inj have the hard plastic top that bolts on the the throttle body like a air cleaner then a hose goes to the box were the filter is and it sucks air either from the front or under the fender well . I just don't know what years will fit a Holly carb and what box to use any one just swap one off a suburban or something any ideas ? I seen a guy had a scoop type thing on his hood with a hose to the carb .
