Almost maxed out the GVWR today, truck didn’t mind at all
So I had to pick up a pallet of salt to take to a customer 4 hours away. With everything else in the truck, it’s right at ~13,500 lbs, probably closer to 13,800 lbs with my helper tagging along. GVWR for the truck is 14,000 lbs.
Truck barely squatted and handled the load fine. The truck is obviously a little slower to accelerate, but it’s really not bad at all. It doesn’t feel much different than usual (usual weight is just under 11,000 lbs).

A F350 can handle a heavy payload. Mine has Timbrens for assist. 5 to 7k, no problem. I once hauled about 9k lbs. from Houston to Louisiana. Was happy to get it off, but the truck did it.
