Missing PCV hose? Where would the other end hook up?
I just realized there's a missing hose in the truck I bought and am still fixing. I pretty sure the PCV valve is missing the hose. I couldn't find a hose that connects to nothing, so it seems to be missing completely. I can buy one, but I can't find where it would hook up. I don't see any place on the intake manifold that looks like it should have a hose hooked up. But it's hard to see on the underside of it. Below is a 15 second video of my engine. If somebody could let me know some more about this, where the hose should hook up, or anything, it would be appreciated. (Oh, it's a 2001 F-250 5.4L)

If yours is like my 2003 , one end is PCV valve the other end hooks up to throttle (facing PCV side ). Here is the dilemma , PCV side uses a hose apprx. 3/8" ID diameter and the other end (throttle side ) is 3/4" ID diam. Few years ago, I eliminated my original PCV set-up entirely ,due to potential problems. I used a 3/8" -to- 3/4" brass adaptor and a 3/8 and 3/4" ID "vacuum resistant hoses " (all with clamps ).
Or, you can get original parts from dealer .
Good luck,

PCV hose is definitely missing. Take off the black plastic cover on top of the throttle body, underneath will be a small port or molded rubber hose elbow that will connect to a straight hose and PCV in valve cover.
Elbow was maybe $30 at the dealer a couple years ago, hose and PCV weren't bad either.
