Morning all!
Yeah, I am a bit shocked at the way things run around here with the government! I moved from a right to carry state, to here, and theres a big difference! People back home though entitled to carry, usually dont! You do have rifles in the back windows of trucks and such but thats about it.. I get here, I see fruitcakes toting left and right! Holy cows! Granted, its their right, but some of them worry me about their safety carrying, LOL!
Anywho, then this whole CCW being legal without permit.. Kudo's! I dig that! I always assume everyone is carrying, its safer that way, but now here, people actually can.. Maybe that will tone down some of the BS floating around! More stated need this perspective!
I am so amazed that the government here has a total "We are going to do what we are going to do.. dont like it, too bad" attitude! Thats awesome! The whole immigration issue, weapons issue, Sheriff Joe stuff.. Wow.. I am sitting back enjoying the fireworks! LOL!

Under the Federal law
Arrests by Sheriff’s deputies who, in the course of their duties, determine the arrestee is in Arizona illegally: 1,928
ICE “Holds”
Each inmate booked is interviewed for immigration status. Sheriff’s detention officers have turned over 34,150 illegal immigrants to Immigration authorities for deportation.
Now thats not being made public.

With all of those fun facts, did you know that with an ICE hold, the inmate falls under federal jurisdiction and care? With that, do you know federally they are mandated to recieve an additional meal that US citizen inmates are not authorized to have? Even whil ebeing in held in a county facility, they are given federal inmate rights as well as immigration rights that are above what the natural citizen rights are? This also goes for medical care. Tax payers can pay an additional $57 a day per diem for an illegal detainee sa compared to a natural citizen detaineee. Thats another issue, but not many know this, and since we were on the topic! LOL!
