Justin I only wish you could send some of that good Texas BBQ to me in AZ...I've been craving some good brisket! If I ever get down there agian we gotta me for lunch or some thing?!
you all talkin brisket and bar b que, I have 3 briskets (about 40 lbs) ready to be smoked Saturday morning! my son's graduation party is Saturday afternoon.
Yup it sure is, I thought I was the only one on here at 0245 in the morning? I was reading your diesel swap story in the general discussion thread thats some nice work your doing there bud. keep up the good work!!!
Thank ya much! its been a challenge to say the least! It going a lot better then what I have expected, but its those pesky little things that slow a person down! Whats a reall bugger, is that I have several things ready to go back together, but it all has to wait until other things get finished.. Like that 4-wheel drive swap. I dont want to fuss with suspension a whole lot when I have a big ol diesel in it! LOL!
I am up at all sorts of strange hours! I have had to learn to work with the horses at night due to it getting warm around here, then with foaling season just finishing, I can finally go to bed earlier! LOL! But good to know I am not alone!
Strange question of the day.. Steel Suppliers here? Do we have any in Az, or better yet, Phx area? I have been looking, including the yellow pages.. not much luck. Where is a good place to get steel materials? Sheet metal, plate, angle iron, all that normal stuff?
