Turbo V-clamp sizes??

Hello everyone does anybody know the size of V-Clamps needed for my turbo? Mainly the up pipe one. I'd rather not get them from Ford if possible because of the price. I would just order one online but they all come from south of the border and the shipping gets crazy for just a little clamp. If somebody could measure a old one even that would give me an idea. Thanks. Ps I posted this in my turbo time thread but haven't got any response. Thought this might get alittle more attention. Also I've been googling the crap out of it and haven't found the answer yet so if I figure out what size clamps are needed this thread might help somebody in the future. Thanks again.

Give this guy on Ebay a shout. I have used him in the past and
I know of at least one other here on the forum that also has good
things to say about him.

Ford 6 0 Front Engine Timing Cover 6608 Ford 5C3Z 6608 5C3Z6608 B | eBay

If you don't see something listed then just send him a message and ask
if he has what you want in stock.

Can't help with the sizes as I never wrote down those values, but I know some people have ordered the tensioned clamps from McMaster for less then they could get them in a Ford bag, even from a discounted source.

If you haven't gotten a response yet, I'll measure and try to post pics.

If you could give me the measurement of the up pipe clamp and the down pipe that would be awesome. Thank you very much.

Well I just happen to have the Ford p/n in front of me. That p/n for the clamp from the y pipe to the turbo is F81Z*8287*EA.

The OD of the flange at the turbo is 3 & 9/16 inches or 3.5625 inches or 90.4875 mm. The OD of the clamp is right around 3 & 1/2 or 3.5 inches or 88.99 MM.

The up pipe from the passenger manifold to the bottom of the y-pipe is a flange to flange connection with 2 bolts. The Drivers side bolts directly to the manifold.

I will post pictures in a minute of the up pipe and y pipe.

I would think that would work.

Can you get stuff shipped to you from amazon?

Hell let me see if my wife can get a clamp to you thru her work! She ships internationally! We can classify it as a personal item of some sort! Toss in some cookies with it and all is good!

Lol that's pretty tempting. Thanks but looks like my local parts guy has it covered. He's found me the proper clamp through Dorman pn 904-251 but he's ordered me a Walker 3.5" v-clamp. Figures it should work at a cheaper price. I'll let everybody know if it works and the part number when the time comes. Just gotta figure out if I need to order a y pipe now. Turbos on its way. I have threads going all over this site. Lol. Thanks again couldn't do it without all the help.

That looks pretty good. So I don't know much about y pipes. Is that better than the stock one? Last longer? You putting that on your truck? If so I would like to know how it fits? It's likely I'll be ordering one.
