Head lights and Backup Lights won't turn off??

Head lights and Backup Lights won't turn off??
I woke up this morning and noticed my lights were on. Went out to check and sure enough they were but the switch was in the auto position, they should have been off it was light outside. Tried to turn them off but no luck. The reverse lights are also on, even when in park. The sensors go off when you walk behind it, in park. Tried to pull fuses but still couldn't get them off. Finally disconnected neg battery. Any advice before I have to go to the dealer. Is there a relay somewhere?
