In the fuse panel..............................j/k.
But really it is , behind the kick panel on the passenger side. I dont know which one it is but there is a legend for the fuse block in the owners manual

Well now that you say that there is a big box under the hood, and there is a bunch of fuses in there as well, i thought it would have been behind that kick panel, but you might as well check the ones under the hood as well.

I thought there was something that the ODB port shared power with but i couldnt remember, if the fuse in the box for it is ok, is there a inline one somewhere as well?

Not meaning to hijack a thread here,but my 07 shows"error" when my reader is plugged into the OBDII port...arent these OBDII vehicles? ALL my accessories work fine,and the truck is pristeen....what gives?

my 06 booklet says it is fuse 41, 20amp. it shares power with the lighter plug.
fuse 41 is on the left side column, about 2/3 of the way down, it is mounted in a verticle position, and is the lowest mini fuse.
