Online accessory websites... which rule and which blow?

Interested to hear of experiences and recommendations on which online sellers y'all find to be best for selection, shipping and especially customer service. Even more interested to hear which ones you've found it best to stay far away from.

I ordered a tonneau cover from RealTruck.com a few days ago, then realized I wanted to wait a bit longer and research more after finding additional poor reviews on the product at the manufacturer's very own website. So I cancelled it with RealTruck literally within 2 hours of pulling the trigger, and now have found myself in an arm-wrestling match with their customer service department as they continue to show the order as only "pending cancellation". Their reply thusfar has been a steady diet of "we are attempting to reach out to the manfacturer to recind the shipping request".

Finally got through this morning to an actual person who pulled my order ticket and confirmed that they indeed have been sending communication to the manufacturer's warehouse several time now, and their messages are being ignored. The funny thing here is that RealTruck.com (so far as I've been able to determine) IS the online presence of this particular manufacturer of tonneau covers. Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing much??

Any boquets or bricks y'all would like to toss in here with your experiences Good, Bad or Ugly are solicited please.
