2017 6.7 f550 Transmission skipping underload/Problems

2017 6.7 f550 Transmission skipping underload/Problems
Good Evening Gents,
So I have a 2017 6.7 F550 Mason Dump with 71k miles.... bought used.
Truck is deleted and tuned and 4x4
Started shifting and grinding between 4-5th and also under heavy acceleration.... Truck is well taken care of...
Checked Trans fluid and was low about 2 Quarts.... Added fluid and I'm going to run it tomorrow and see if anything changes
If the issues continues, what would be my next steps.. Anybody run into this issues before.... Think it will need a new Tranny?
I own a Masonry business, so I am no mechanic by any means... but just trying to educate myself and gain any knowledge....
