Could someone please tell me what drop side means?
Is it the side the output shaft is?
This is a 241C the rear shaft is on the passenger side and the chain goes toward the drivers side
Easiest way to explain it is which side of the truck is the front driveshaft on? The rear driveshaft is (pretty much) always basically centered, but the front driveshaft is off to one side or the other to go past the transmission and engine. I think all of the Fords I've seen have been "driver's side drop" with the front driveshaft on the driver's side (left side) of the truck.
