Title says it all. If you were up against replacing an injector would it make more sense just to do all of them with as many miles are on the truck? 170k?
You will need to get the PCM updated with the new injector IQM code for any injector you replace.

Its at the dealer and I'm mulling this one over for them to do it instead. I don't have ForeScan set up here (yet)... Maybe I should dive in and do it myself, though. That's one thing I am wanting to nail down.
At $300 per injector I would replace one at a time. 6.7L injectors are not common failures even at high mileages. At the very most I would replace the injectors on the same bank as the failed injector since the labor to get to them is roughly the same as replacing one.
