2000 7.3 F-350 crank, no start
So two days ago I fired my truck up after work and the battery light stayed on while idling, then went off as I drove. I took it home, grabbed batteries and alternator, had them tested. All seemed fine so put it back together, drove it to where I park it, and left it overnight. Started up once in the morning for a couple minutes to warm it up... andddd wouldn’t start again after that. I have a relay buzz when I turn the key, it cranked strong, but wouldn’t start. Changed out CPS. Still won’t start. Charged up the batteries, and bam, it started right up. Left it off for about an hour, it cranks weaker now, and doesn’t start. Should I change out the batteries even though they seemed to test fine? Alternator even though it tested fine? Really want to get it up and running this weekend.

What does the voltage gauge indicate?
Do you have your own voltmeter to check voltage at engine off, engine on, then have some one put foot on gas, and hold at about 2500 RPM. check the voltages on three different scenarios
