And I have NGS with both the ABS and the EEC connectors and they work great for diagnosing problems. (The ABS diagnostic function recently correctly identified a failed ABS sensor in the front driver's side wheel.)
But I would like a scanner like torque pro or some other Android scanner to connect to the OBD port inside the 1995 Bronco 5.8L to display real time graphs/data on a tablet while driving.
I've looked into this from time to time over the years and the best thing I know of is what subford does. He has a 9185 or 9190 scanner that will do live data on some of these vehicles. I may have the number wrong but you can search with those numbers and find something. He and I have discussed this in some threads here if you search by name.
Forscan is what we want but it's earliest coverage is the 7.3 powerstrokes. It communicates using the j1850 PWM protocol. If that protocol is supported by older Fords maybe Forscan could be adapted.
