Cooler weather is here and Thanksgiving is this month!
Alex glad to to hear you have your truck running. Looks like I am working on my mom in-laws roof this weekend. There always seems to be more stuff to do than time I have to do it.
New to the Forum, don't have a Ford truck YET, but when I get one this will be the chapter I join. Is there anything I need to do to join other than clicking "join chapter"
Today kinda sucked. When to leave this morning to go to the land. 1.Volt gague did not look right, ran by Orilieys let tgem test it internal voltage regulator bad. Fortunately I only need 12 volt for fuel shut off and transmission controller. Made to the land parked it facing out. Went to work on the land. The grass in the wet area was thick. 2. Worked all day about 4:00 pushing some logs busted a valve stem on a rear tire on the tractor got it close to the truck and threw the jack under it. Truck started head home 3. Went around a curve damn cooler I had on seat turned over on it side Ice and water everywhere.
Got home , got the alternator out threw the battery charger on the batteries, hopefully did nor kill the batteries they were down to 11.9.
So tomorrow it off the Johnson's get get another alternator. Plus I need to get the water valve for the ice maker. Saturday will be get the tire off and replace the valve stem.

I hate those days Hugh when it seems like never ending problems.
They moved the new guy over to the component rebuild shop. They have Husky tool boxes but have the option to upgrade to a CAT toolbox.Waiting on some parts to finish up the transmission install.

I just replaced the regulator on the alternator. At one time work force development was buying Snapon. There were alot abuse to system at first. Guy would enroll in one of the programs due 9ne semester get therir tools then drop out. I think now you have to be in the 8 tership portion before they buy them.
