Are speakers 5x7 or 6x9?

Are speakers 5x7 or 6x9?
I keep reading through threads and I see multiple people saying the speaker size is 6x8 and I see a bunch also say they are 5x7? Which is it? I just ordered 3 seats of 6x8 speakers from amazon.... Hoping I don't have to return them. Thanks

thanks for the quick response, I was mistaken I actually purchased the 6x8s so I should be good. They been in the back of my Ex along with a new head unit, monitors, amp steps, and two sets of towing mirrors for a month now and I think I might have time to actually work on it.
