Speakers

What size are the speaker behind my front seat on my 2001 Ranger X cab. What do you guys recommend?

I believe they're 6x8" speakers. Crutchfield.com has a good size guide, but they are a little spendy to buy from. I've always liked the sound from Pioneer speakers, for what it's worth. I think you can also get an adapter to put round 6.5" speakers in the spots. Only certain ones fit due to the depth. Again, crutchfield should help on that one

In my '94, the rear speakers were the Ford premium speakers. It was the front ones that were the cheapo paper speakers. I changed out all four and they were 5X8 I believe. They looked like 6X9 but just a couple hairs smaller.
