Don't think so, you could try the opposite of removing a shim and adding a shim to the clutch. If you are not familiar with this process, check out this video and instead of taking off a washer, add one that is the same size or one that will compensate for the lack of a shim.
You will probably have to go to Fastenal or maybe you can get lucky at HD or Lowes.
Alternatively, I think you can buy just the clutch plate and replace it. I am not sure if it comes with shims or not though.
