soft clutch pedel
I just replaced my clutch pressure plate, clutch disks, and flywheel about 20,000 mi ago. I have noticed lately that the clutch pedel seems to be real soft. The clutch doesnt disengage untill the clutch pedel is depressed 3/4 of the way to the floor. On the cold mornings i depress the clutch all the way and i can fell the clutch "grap" a little like the cluch isnt all disengaged. I have checked the fluid level and added about 5oz, and it stays full. Any help or advice would be great

i have never worked on the clutch of my truck yet but have in my other vehicles. you may want to try and bleed the clutch again. sounds like air got in there. did you change the clutch yourself?

Another problem might be firewall flex, depending on the year of your truck. Mine was flexing and the bolts holding the master cylinder finally broke through the firewall. I installed a firewall reinforcement kit and it made a huge difference.
