1941 Truck Serial number help
I looked in all the usual places online but I can't figure out what this means. The title says 1941. The body is to. The serial number on the frame by the steering box begins with BB and then the numbers. It should be a 3 digit code for the year and engine. Not this one. Anybody know what BB means?

My 1940 1-1/2 ton panel serial number is stamped *99T-######*, a total of 12 characters including the *s. The only BB I saw on VanPeltSales.com directory of model designations is for 1932-1934 trucks. There are some expert S/N analysts here and on fordbarn.com forums who will give you the correct info.
