Disc brake issue
Hi thank you in advance for any help. I'm new to the forum and just getting started with my new 195 F100.
I recently did a front brake disc conversion including a new booster and master cylinder under the cab. I also put Wilwood residual valves in the front and back. 10 pounds in the back and 2 in the front along with a proportioning valve in the rear. The truck already had a power brake conversion on the drums but I changed the booster and master cylinder anyway because at one point I thought they were bad.
The problem I'm having is the brakes are terrible the first time I drive it every day (daily driver). As I drive it they feel better and better eventually almost feeling like a new car. It seems to me like the lines are bleeding back to the master cylinder as it sits.
Anyone have any ideas to fix this issue?

I can't imagine you'd have any brakes if they were in backwards. My first guess would be that there is still air in the system. Do you have freeplay in the pushrod at the MC when the brakes are released?

Checked the other valve it's right. I checked and I couldn't feel any play in the push rod. It's hot like the surface of the sun here in Vegas so if I have to bleed them again it might just be easier to sell it!

So I adjusted the linkage on the booster rod and topped off the brake fluid (it was a little low). I didn't drive it due to the above mentioned firestorm outside but fingers crossed it works.
