Another brake question

Does any know if I can use the master cyclinder that is on my 67 F100 and keep the system manual. The master cycliner is a 2 chamber one for front and one for rear.
Also would you still need the proportioning valve. I was just told from a local junkyard that I won't but still would like other feedback.

Thanks again

Matt

If you go to disk brakes you should not use the drum brake master cylinder. The disk brake master cylinder has a larger reservior.
