High mileage truck first coolant filter sample

A little background. My truck has almost 230k miles on it around 175k it got a new oil cooler and egr cooler. At 222k I put a coolant filter on it. I noticed it was still flowing fine so left it on there long past the recommended first change. Here are the picts after opening up the filter. It was all sand, none of it was magnetic. There is also more sand in the pleats of the filter, but not a lot. No coolant goo either!
