Hardly any air flow

I have a 81 f250 without air. The air flow coming from the the vents is pretty anemic, is this common for this year vehicle? Or is my blower motor on its last leg?

What does "without air" mean - no air from the registers, or no air conditioning? Have you cleaned all the leaves out of the ducts? Can you hear the blower spinning? Does the speed switch seem to have an effect?

Hardly any air flow

Sorry, I intended no air cond. when I said "without air". I checked tonight and the speed switch seems to be screwed up, as switching from low air flow to medium flow works yet medium to high has no effect (the blower motor doesn't increase in speed). Are there cleanable contacts on the switch or should I find a replacement?

I doubt a bad switch could produce that effect. It's more likely the motor or debris in the ducts, but even though the switch CAN be disassembled, I wouldn't waste the time on it. If it's bad, replace it.
