What do you mean by warped? If it's physically misshapen, it will need to be replaced, unless a machine shop can mill it flat and have it still seat properly. I guess it depends on how bad it is. I'd be curious why it's warped in the first place; that's odd.
^^ that's the piece I'm talking about (with the 2 lines coming out of it) One line goes to the thermostatic choke pull off and the other goes to the air cleaner I believe.
I can't get to that back bolt which is the place it's leaking I think. I already accidently broke off the line to the choke and jerryfabbed that fix (aluminum tape and vacuum line )
That's the choke stove - I'm not sure if there should be a gasket there; that's an interesting question. I've never removed the plate. To fix the broken heat riser, you'll need to remove the plate anyway, so you'll be able to find out then. You'll need to get at the bolt one way or another. You can fix the tube by bending and flaring a new one yourself out of brake line, or using a replacement kit. I'm not sure what this has to do with the intake manifold being warped though.
