Sliding Rear Window

After not working for the entire spring and summer, my sliding rear window decided that today is the day to start working again. FYI, it was 44 degrees this morning. Crazy!!!

Has anyone else seen some crazy electrical issues like this?

Mine has never quit for that long. It has had a few times where I go to open it and had to keep pushing the button repeatedly to make it work. Usually could get it open within a minute of trying. Mine hasn't thrown a fit in a long time though, it has been worked perfect for the last year or more, it's been a long time.

Yeah mine has gotten stuck once or twice but has pretty much always worked. I would start tracing your wires to find the short that you have.

My driver's side window switch did something similar once. I replaced it and it worked. I hate electrical issues, I am NOT good at figuring these things out. Regardless, I'm just happy it works now.
