Hey guys, don't really have to time to be on here everyday, but I know you all love to hear good news. My '03 F350 is going to turn 265K tomorrow! I keep pushing her like it was new! Still hauling our 15K lb. form trailers around and doing 150-250+ a day. Just recently did 1300 miles in 3 days checking out jobs (we do concrete foundations/flatwork) down south. I'll keep you guys updated. Great forum, keep it up!!

Just today i switch to Rotella T 5W-40 I was using 15-40 Rotella hopefully this will help with sticky injectors.I did notice today my oil temp was running about 5-10 degs cooler,did this happen to you?Also great to here your 6.0L is still running strong

It's been so long since I started using it. I switched to Rotella T 5W-40 in the truck and in my Excursion at the same time. I did notice faster starting and 1.0 mpg better......hey, it's something. PLUS, the oil stays so much cleaner than the dino oil I was using (Chevron Delo 15W-40). I used Delo in the truck for 61K, and in the Excursion for 9K, and have had Rotella T in them ever since. Thanks PSD2005, I've got to keep this on the road another 3 years before I can retire her to be a parts runner. Probably will have 400K by then.......been averaging 45K a year lately, has been up to 55K.

Its great to see another satisfied 6.0 owner. I too love mine to death. It has been a good one and just turned 80,000 miles on it. No problems yet knock on wood. I am stock except for the exhaust.
This truck has my total trust! I know an EGR cooler is going to go out at some point so I am prepared in my head for that one!
