I had 335,000 mine when I lost compresstion in 2 cylinders with that many miles the ford tech said best thing to do is replace hole motor they wanted $20,000.00 for motor and to put it in .I ended up buying a crate motor of line and put in my self .But before that I had the high presure fuel pump replaced at 140,000 miles and it started doing the same thing again at 290,000 miles

Wow, 335,000.
For an '08, that's an impressive amount of miles/hours per year and a lot of driving.
I'll guess about three years assuming a mid-2007 build, that's nearly 22 oil changes per year at 5,000 miles each not to mention other regular maintenance.
