Microtuner error code 20
Installed microtuner program in my 99 Neer (302) and at end of install process, I recieved an error code 20. Took the truck out for a spin and could tell that shift points had changed however, I felt a greater HP increase with the Dynomax ultrafolw exhaust installed a few days ago. Any ideas on the error code?

Called Superchip this morning. They have fixed the problem in the latest release (last week sometime). The code has something to do with resetting the PAT (passive antitheft system)They said most people with this code could not install the program... However, since I have the option to revert back to stock program and I noticed the shift point changes, the program has installed. Since the first install, I tweaked the superchips program and have noticed a substancial difference. 
Another satisfied Superchips customer. BTW they said if I want to have the error corrected just send the tuner to them and they will incorporate the latest update.

Looks like you beat me with a reply! Anyway, good to know you've resolved it. Superchips is very good to work with on issues like that. We a couple early 94 Powerstroke and 2000 Excursion issues early on and they fixed them pretty fast.
