I also did the fog light mod on my 99.

Pulled the units themselves, installed yellow bulbs and bought yellow adhesive sheet and covered the lenses. The control switch wasn't to bad once I found the right way to remove the unit from the dash. Did everything by hand with a razor knife - a dremel would have been great. Works great, looks great. If I fish the beach at night that's all I drive with. Also nice to be able to have high beams and fogs on at the same time.

Darth Baiter, do you have the link on how to do the fog light mod?
All I know how to do is how to remove the switch from the dash.

Fog-lights/Hi-beam mod on a '99?

Does anyone know if the F-150 (grounding) mod noted above will work on a '99?

Linked instructions reference '04-'06 models - just not sure if the relays/wiring/etc. are the same for earlier years. Thanks!
