I tried that stuff...it wasn't too bad. I think I preferred the Sam's summer though. If you like your summer beers, try leinenkugel's(sp?) sunset wheat. That is a tasty beer. And...if you really want a tasty summery beer, try tommyknockers jack whacker wheat. That is one delicious beer! Very difficult to find though. I think there is one liquor store in CT that has it. It's in Orange I believe. The g/f got me two six packs of it for my birthday last year! Tommyknocker Breweries and Pubs
hey did you guys notice the german engine FAILED 1 hour before the race ended. its nice to see the technology doing well on the track but i think they need a better test bed, something that wont crap out and cost a million to fix. FORD GT or MUSTANG or TAURUS SHO would be a good pick in my opinion.
thats actually old technology, it just hasn't been used really. porsche cannot take credit for developing it, i think bosch was one of the first developers. i know eaton has a few different regenerative systems out. ford's tonka concept truck had a really nice hydraulic system, probably not as good for the race track but very heavy duty and perfect for a truck. i would really like to see this type of technology hit the highways, its long overdue.
I thought it was pretty darn sad as well that the engine crapped out. Thought that was pretty pathetic from a world-renowned auto maker that has self proclaimed "low-maintenance" engines. I am willing to offer up my truck for some new technology upgrades...they could start with air conditioning!
Hope everybody has a nice weekend. At least tomorrow is supposed to be nice.
