I have a 01 f250 with a 7.3, and my exhaust broke off yesterday just before the muffler, I was just wondering if it is safe to drive without my muffler and tail pipe untill this weekend when i'll have time to fix it, or can I cause more of a problem by driving it?
Just have the shop weld on a straight pipe to the end so you don't get exhaust into the cab. Unless you have "inspections" that require you to have a muffler, you won't have any issues.
