There is an extensive thread on another F150 forum regarding the subject. I was one of the first (as far as documenting it publicly) to add the OEM camera and LCD monitor mirror to an 09' that didn't originally have the factory option.
I made some custom wiring harnesses to accomplish my project. The thread I'm talking about has a lot of information on OEM harnesses that include the plugs you'll need and other information.
The biggest challenge for me was converting the stock 12 pin plug for the original non-LCD mirror over to the required 16-pin plug the LCD monitor mirror needs.
The factory Ford LCD monitor mirror display is only 2.4" and is too small IMO. I plan on installing an in-dash DVD/navigation system with a 7" display at some point.
I purchased my camera and mirror off ebay back in early 2009. They were new OEM parts and I got em both for less that $200. However the modification has gained popularity and the parts are typically much more expensive now.
I'll PM you a link since I don't think posting a link to another forum is appropriate.
