Like Toreador mentioned, there was no major upgrades from 02-03 except for some trim changes (addition of the Eddie Bauer trim level) and I want to say the shocks and jounce bumpers were re-tuned.

Thanks for all the info. I went with the 2002. It has a few more miles and I preferred the black on black color scheme of the '03 but between the exhaust leak of the '03 and the crack around the handle of the back door I couldn't justify the $2500 price difference.
