6.0 cooler question

I know I saw the answer to this but I cant find the thread as usual. Is there a specific input and output for the lines to hook up to the 6.0 transmission cooler?I would guess it doesnt matter right? Also I am putting a magnefine filter in.This gets installed on the reurn line from cooler to return of tranny. The line that is on the rear of tranny toward the back of truck is the return line right? If I remember right from my flush I did a couple months ago..

AFIK it doesn't matter which way you flow the oil through the transmission cooler.

I'd PM Kovalsky, he'll be able to tell you definitively.https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/member.php?u=23422

I'm sure its the same concept but you'll be removing your 7.3 coller rather what I did, added a Derale cooler inline with my stock 7.3 cooler. Heres a diagram that Tenn. Mike had posted sometime ago. Just follow the line from the back of the trans to the front, it will be the line with the pressure clamp on it. The other line will have the crimped fittings, you don't want that one, heres the thread, scroll down to pic https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...lp-needed.html
