Good afternoon all. I was wondering cuz lately i've been seeing more slicks show up with back up lights lately.I Know they weren't stock on the 66's,and was wanting to know where thay came from.Aftermarket I guess. And how hard would it be to get replacement clear lenses? Anybody?

Aftermarket? Not. Genuine Ford.
Ford did not offer backup lamps on trucks, Bronco's or Econolines until 1967...not even as an option.
This is what will work...and once installed will look like they have been there since the trucks were new.
1967/77 Bronco's, 1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides use the same taillamps. These have the backup lens as part of the taillamp lens and are a bolt-on for 1964/66 F100/250 2WD Stylesides, 1966 F100 4WD Stylesides.
The anodized aluminum bezels used on these specific Custom Cabs that surround the taillamps are the same as 1966/77 Bronco's.
The type used on 1967/72 F100/350's are not the same.
If you have a Flareside, you can use 1967/79 Flareside taillamps (also used on 1967/79 F100/750 Cab & Chassis), which also incorporates the backup lens within the taillamp lens, but...
These are squarish, so they don't resemble the original shield type of lens used on 1961/66 Flaresides.
Thanks Bill.I was unaware of the bronco lights. But, the ones I refer to are different than the ones you describe I think.I couldn't swap in the pic,but there's one on a 66F100 for sale in the classifieds by Lizardman. These don't look to be part of the tail light at all.Sorry I should have specified.

If you have a Styleside, and you use these Bronco lamps (same as 1967/72 F100/350), you can get replacement parts...and the lamps will look factory.
I need more info to search for Lizardman's ad...there are 100's of pages of ads, so I need at least a date when the ad was placed.
I'm curious about these separate back-up light housings as well. I have seen two 1966 Ford F100's that had factory automatic transmissions and they both appeared to have factory back-up light housings installed. Nothing fancy, just a round bezel with a bulbous white lense and surface mounted directly below the tail lights. Could these have been a dealer installed add-on?
Does anyone reproduce the windshield washer fluid bag for 1965-66 Ford F100's? The only ones I have been able to find are the narrower "Sea-Clear" bags that have the brass grommets spaced too close together to mount on the F100 fender splash apron mounting hooks.

There is no such thing as Ford: factory or dealer installed back up lights for any 1966 or earlier truck.
There is no related part number for any backup light parts in the 1964/72 Ford truck parts catalog until 1967.
What you are describing could be the optional backup lamps for 1960/62 Falcon/Comet 2 & 4 door sedans. These mounted separately on either side of the taillamps on the rear body panel.
The red 'See Clear' washer bag came with the 1961/66 truck dealer installed w/washer kit, was also used on myriad 1954/64 passenger cars w/dealer installed w/s washers.
The 1965/66 F100/350 factory installed washer bag is either black or blue (C1AZ-17618-D or -E) and is marked FoMoCo, were also used on 1961/66 Passenger Cars.
Both have been reproduced by Carpenter, but are not listed in his 1957/66 truck repro parts catalog. You can find them listed in his car parts catalogs.
