Ok guys got her back together and it ran rough for a few minutes then ran smooth as ever. Could that have been air in the oil line from when I took it off?

Yup.
There is a standard procedure to purge air from the oil lines.
Well bad news.. truck is still running rough. Throwing code P0263 - Cylinder 1 contribution/balance fault. Already replaced my #1 injector. Anybody know what I should do next? Thanks.
I would check the FICM voltage should have 48 volts tech folder has the procedure. Have you checked fuel pres. If you changed that injector did you double check the torque on the injector hold down? I would also check the wire harness for chaffing or bent pins on the injector harness. Kinda strange it ran smooth for awhile after the high pres oil work and then started missing again I dont think its the high pres oil since its only one cylinder unless the one o-ring in the top of the injector is bad i dont think that oring is servicable either

I have a friend who is a diesel mechanic and he told me today about checking my voltage. And I have been needing to check my fuel pressure for a while, but havnt had a chance. I don't believe there are any bent pins on my injector harness. Thanks for the info though!

no problem I know it sucks when the problem isnt clear yet
Sorry i havn't posted back in a long time. I put 2 more injectors in and it ran good as new! turns out the people i took it to didn't run a full power/balance test and couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong.
I have a 04 ford 6.0. I have to wait on fuel to pump up before starting the truck in the morning. It is like the fuel leaking back. Had the regulator rebuilt any suggestions
