Just swapped a 97 powerstroke and all the goodies into my 1 ton centurion. I go to start it and there is one click from the starter and that is it. showing good power from the batteries Did I do all that work for a seized motor? Please help

When I was finishing torquing the TC to the flexplate it was getting really hard to turn is that part of my problem?
I'm not a diesel guy, but that does NOT sound good for any engine/trans matchup. Sounds like something is not right, like the TC was not properly seated into the trans FIRST, before mating engine and trans. Or wrong dimension part for the specific application.
as in the engine didnt wanna turn, or tightening was getting really hard... if its the engine then compression, i would take a socket and breaker bar to the crank and try to turn it manually
