Get this, just maybe 10 min ago i seen for my first time, Ford Centurion!! What is a Ford Centurion?? you ask.... well from what i seen and what the owner told me is its a 95' F150 with the cabin and cargo area off of a full size Bronco. i bite my tounge to say this but at first glance it looked like a Suburban from that other company i wont mention. ANYWAY 4 captain seats, wood grain trim and ALL the bells and whistles, the guy has it painted a perty red and it looks damn slick. anyway forgive me for my rantings but id never seen one befor and i had to share!!!
My buddy has got one...he has 5 kids so he needs it...His is in need of some wrk...but it is a sweet machine with a 460,and like you said all the bells and whistles...I hear they are popular in Texas and out west....
I haven't seen any of the F150-based Centurions yet, but I have seen a few of the F350-based ones before. Too bad Ford never made one all those years. They made up for lost time with the Excursion though .
i have a 1995 f-150 centurion,it started it's life as an extended cab and they cut the back cab off and added 2 full size doors and the front seat out of another f-150.they did an excellent job on it,you can't tell it's even been cut.
Its called a F350C it is actually a crew cab F350 long bed, with the rear frame shortened and a bronco back half added onto the shortened frame. with a custom interior
the Centurian company also did other conversions including 5th wheel campers, custom standalone interior packages and lots of other stuff too.
ive seen 3 my whole life in person a 90 with a forsixtee white in a junk yard neerby and two more mid 90s models and they look sweet id like to have one
I think I'll gather up all the rust bucket Centurien F150 I find from now on and fix them . I've been looking for The right truck for years and have looked at several tired C trucks . Just time to build one I guess.
I owned one new and know of 12 in a 200 mile radius . But most all are rusty and those that are not are not sold. Smart people . One local dealer had 8 of em when I got mine.
