I am a newbie and I don't know yit from yinola, but I bought a return line kit from Kragen Oriley for 70 bucks and installed it myself with relative ease and it is working great. The kit includes fuel line, caps which were configured a little different but fit fine, clamps, O rings, and what I think were injrctor seals, but I didn't pull mine. Good luck.
I bought the Orings @ ford for next to nothing, cant remember the exact but it was cheap. I used bulk fuel hose/ cut it to length for the jumper lines etc. I was in it for around 20.00 or so
Buna o-rings - Harden after a few heat soaks - Don't disturb them or they'll leak air!
Gasoline hose - swells and deteriorates!
Old Tees - brittle and break!
A package that will last a lot longer even if disturbed!
The hose is Diesel rated.
The Viton o-rings are impervious to Diesel and can withstand the temperature for a lot longer without hardening and leaking air!
Did it the same way on several hotshot trucks in the past, most of these trucks ran 80-100k miles per year, no problems. Yes to the worm gear clamps, when thats all that could be found at the time. Amazingly it worked!
