Viton Return lines?
Does anyone make Viton return line kits?
Might run WVO someday.

It seems to me that if you are best off to use Viton for fuel lines with bio-d. and VO your return lines should be too.
Am I missing something?

Any update on this? Did you buy viton lines? I'm interested in going this route w/ the metal caps. What's the ID & OD of the return lines?

What size. Do both ID and OD have to match the rubber line for the clamps to work well?

Yeah, he wouldn't call me for the past few weeks because he said he's been busy and was going to make those parts. I bet he'll call this week.

6.9's use 3/16" ID 7/16" OD return hose. (McMaster-Carr, Viton - 5119K841)
7.3's use 1/4" ID 1/2" OD return hose. (McMaster-Carr, Viton - 5119K19)
Viton hose is expensive ... Like 13 bucks a foot, You'll need 5-1/2 to 6 feet .
-Enjoy

Thanks!
Not sure if I like the -15*F temperature call out. I wonder if it becomes brittle at or below that temp.
